As my business grew, CRASL supported me. Taking on an employee for the first time, having to setup payroll and a pension through NEST appeared daunting, but CRASL made it really easy and handled pretty much everything for me.
Each month, I just send through my payroll information by email and in no time at all, I get back all the information I need, how much to pay HMRC and a digital payslip to provide to my employees.

Company Director, since 2003. Martin founded CRASL in 2003. The majority of Martin’s time is spent in the office completing Tax Returns for Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
Martin has over 20 years of experience within accountancy, initially working part time working for his father.
Initially working part time, Steve quickly progressed to full time work for the company as the number of clients rapidly increased.
Steve is also MAAT qualified and mainly undertakes bookkeeping, management accounting, costings, CIS and VAT returns. The majority of Steve’s time is spent working at client’s premises.
Jack joined Crasl in February 2023 as a bookkeeper and is currently studying AAT level 4. Outside of work he enjoy's sports, particularly Football & Snooker & spending time with family and friends.
Thomas joined CRASL in August of 2023 after completing his A level in accounting, he has now started studying level 3 AAT to further his learning.
In his free time Thomas enjoys going to the Gym and playing water polo as well as playing on his PC
Dan started working at CRASL in early 2023. He works part time in the bookkeeping and payroll departments as well as completing a degree in
Accounting & Finance. Dan enjoys going on hikes, reading, and travelling.
Kieran joined CRASL in August 2022 and started his apprenticeship at Level 2, currently working in the
bookkeeping department. Outside of work Kieran enjoys Football, music festivals and cars. He is also a lifelong Liverpool fan.
Lucy started working at CRASL as an apprentice in July 2022, following completion of her GCSEs. She is currently studying for her AAT Level 2. Lucy spends time working in the bookkeeping, year end and admin departments. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys drawing and painting as well as baking and crochet
PA TO DIRECTOR
Christine's role consists of assisting the director in dealing with HMRC submissions and Companies House matters and the general administration of tasks for clients.
In her spare time she enjoys cycling & walking her dog as well as being a volunteer Coastguard Rescue Officer with HM Coastguard.

Emma joined bookkeeping and payroll at Crasl in 2019. She has an ICB qualification and is currently studying for AAT.
She enjoys running and spending time with her children.
Emma spent 8 years at her previous company working in all departments, one of which was accounts payable. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, has three children and in her spare time she loves drawing and going to live gigs.
Rachel joined CRASL in November 2021 after relocating to Suffolk. An ex-Company Accountant with over 30 years' experience in accountancy and business, obtaining MAAT status in 2007. A member of the VAT / Bookkeeping department, supporting her portfolio of clients with their day-to-day bookkeeping needs, VAT and CIS returns. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and astronomy.
Liam started working at CRASL in September 2022 after finishing his GCSEs. He is currently studying for his AAT Level 2 apprenticeship. He completes bookkeeping tasks alongside Gareth and works in the payroll department. Outside of work, Liam enjoys watching football and films and spending time with his family and friends.
Gareth started working for CRASL in 2008 having previously worked in Aldeburgh Post Office. He completed his AAT qualification in 2012 and concentrates mainly on bookkeeping & payroll.
Outside of work he enjoys listening to rock music and watching football. He is a lifelong Liverpool fan.
Helen joined CRASL in January 2017 and works as part of a team within the Year End Department, alongside Richard and Martin. She is currently studying towards her AAT Qualification and is working diligently to reach that target.
Outside of work her time is predominantly taken up by her three daughters and caring for them, going for country walks and horse riding. In her spare time Helen likes to renovate her house and has a flare for interior design.
Jayne joined the payroll department at Crasl in 2017. She now works in our administration team.
Jayne is a mum of 2 and enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and horse riding.
Jess started working for Crasl as an apprentice in September 2018. She has worked through her studies in AAT Level 3 and is now part of our Year-End Accounts team.
Her hobbies are spending time with her family and friends and travelling to sunny places.
Jon joined CRASL in July 2021 as a bookkeeper and is currently studying AAT Level 4. He is now our Year-End Accounts Assistant.
Outside of work Jon enjoys photography, cooking, PC gaming and a good movie.
Josie joined the payroll department at Crasl in 2011. Josie is AAT qualified and has over 9 years experience working in accounting.
Josie is a mum of three and enjoys time spent with her family.
Judy is married with two children and started CRASL in August 2017. She has over 30 years experience in bookkeeping and became MAAT qualified in 2012. She is SAGE and QuickBooks literate.
She enjoys walking, gardening, motorcycling, playing bowls and travelling.
Joined Crasl as a bookkeeper in October 2020. Currently studying AAT Level 4.
Her time outside of work is spent looking after her daughter, spending time with family and art projects.
An accomplished professional with 8 years of experience in management and administration. Weronika is experienced in the development, implementation and management of facility policies and procedures. During her free time, Weronika enjoys taking long walks and cooking.
Robyn started working for Crasl in September 2019. She has completed Level 2 Certificate in Payroll and is now studying AAT.
Her hobbies include going to the cinema and binge watching TV series.
Sarah joined CRASL in February 2022 after having worked for law firms for 20 years. She works in our busy administration department.
Outside work Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and going away for weekends with her husband and dog in their touring caravan.
