Here is a day in the life of CRASL’s admin team, Laura, Jenna and Jayne.
What is your daily routine?
In the admin department no two days are the same but generally our days consist of answering emails, telephone calls to clients and HMRC, scanning, binding, chasing information, arranging appointments, managing the office calendar, ordering stationery, virtual filing and speaking with clients.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of our job is being able to help and support our clients.
What is your top piece of advice for someone wanting to do the same job role?
The top piece of advice we can give is to make sure you can multitask because in the admin department we have a lot of different tasks to do for each department that need to be done quickly and efficiently.
How did your career develop to where it is now?
We have all come from admin backgrounds and developed our skills to suit the needs of the office.
What is the best thing about the CRASL office?
The best thing about the office is we all get on well together as a team. The office is a really friendly place to work with an enjoyable atmosphere.
